The process of producing tempered glass
begins with heating glass up to 500 Celsius then suddenly cooling it down.
After passing the tempering, tempered glass is 3 to 5 times stronger than
normal annealed glass. When broken, it fractures into small fragments
that decrease the possibility of serious injury.
-Five times stronger than annealed glass
-When broken, it disintegrates into small harmless cubical fragments
-Withstand sudden change in temperature up to 220 Celsius
-Can be customized before the tempering process
-Thickness and light transmittance are similar to annealed glass
-The degree of curvature is 0.3 %, which is merely the 1/10 permitted value of international standard
