There are two types of low-emissivity coating methods hardcoat and soft coat.
Soft-coat is called high performance coating which the glass surface is thin coated by metallic oxide on the glass surface. This type of coating is more delicate and easily damaged so it is used in laminated or insulated glass that could increase its weight. For Hard-coat type, it is manufactured in the hot tin bath of a glass float plant, or alternatively in an offline unraced process. The glass will be changed to “Heat strengthen or Tempered glass form”.
Aply to :Suitable for office, shop, residence, commercial buildings and other places require and temperature control for better living or work environment. Suitable for many specific applications such as hotel, airport building, hospital, condominium and freezer that it is required to show the products inside.
